Teriyaki Cauliflower Rice Bowl

Ingredients

6 oz Real Good Foods chicken
(Note: can substitute for your protein of choice! Ground chicken/turkey or pork works well, as does air fried tofu)
1 package frozen steam-in-bag cauliflower rice
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp each
Dash Salt-Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning
Trader Joe’s Green Goddess Seasoning
Chili Lime Seasoning
1 cup steamed green beans (or cabbage slaw mix)
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp sliced green onions
Instructions
Cook the chicken in the air fryer according to package instructions (I do 15 min @ 395 degrees)
Microwave the cauliflower rice for 4 minutes. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
Crisp the rice in the skillet with sesame oil and seasonings, stirring occasionally until all liquid is evaporated
Add green beans (chopped into 1-inch pieces) once steamed, and cook for another minute
Chop the cooked chicken and add it to the skillet
Mix in the teriyaki sauce and stir until everything is well-coated
Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with sweet chili sauce, and top with sliced green onions
