Sweet & Tart Kefir Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup plain greek or non-dairy yogurt

  • 1/2 cup kefir

  • 1/2 cup granola (homemade, or I like Purely Elizabeth's)

  • 1 small banana, sliced

  • 2-3 strawberries, sliced

  • 1/2 peach or nectarine, sliced

  • 1 tbs hemp seeds

  • 1/2 tbs chia seeds

  • Honey

  • Cinnamon


Instructions:

  1. Mix the base: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and kefir, stirring until smooth and creamy

  2. Add the granola: Spread the granola evenly on top of the yogurt mixture.

  3. Layer the fruit: Arrange the sliced banana, strawberries, and peach on top of the granola

  4. Add seeds: Sprinkle the hemp seeds and chia seeds over the fruit

  5. Drizzle and season: Finish with a drizzle of honey and a pinch of cinnamon

  6. Serve: Enjoy your refreshing and healthy bowl immediately!
