Sweet & Tart Kefir Bowl

Ingredients:

1/2 cup plain greek or non-dairy yogurt
1/2 cup kefir
1/2 cup granola (homemade, or I like Purely Elizabeth's)
1 small banana, sliced
2-3 strawberries, sliced
1/2 peach or nectarine, sliced
1 tbs hemp seeds
1/2 tbs chia seeds
Honey
Cinnamon
Instructions:
Mix the base: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and kefir, stirring until smooth and creamy
Add the granola: Spread the granola evenly on top of the yogurt mixture.
Layer the fruit: Arrange the sliced banana, strawberries, and peach on top of the granola
Add seeds: Sprinkle the hemp seeds and chia seeds over the fruit
Drizzle and season: Finish with a drizzle of honey and a pinch of cinnamon
Serve: Enjoy your refreshing and healthy bowl immediately!
