Sriracha Honey Tofu

Ingredients:

1 block (14 oz) extra-firm high-protein tofu (I recommend Trader Joe’s brand)
3 tbsp sriracha
3 tbsp honey (sub maple syrup or agave to make it vegan)
3 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Directions:
Pat the tofu dry and cut it into bite-sized cubes. Place in a large bowl.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
Pour the sauce over the tofu and toss until evenly coated.
Air fry at 375°F for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
Serve and enjoy!
