Secretly Healthy Brownies

Ingredients:

Boxed Brownie Mix (I like the Ghirardelli brand or Trader Joe's Truffle Brownie Mix)
Canned Pumpkin
1-2 Eggs
Instructions:
Prepare your brownie mix according to the package directions, but replace the oil or butter with canned pumpkin. That's it! I use this trick often, especially in the fall with seasonal or chocolate-based mixes. You won’t taste the pumpkin, but it adds moisture, keeping the brownies fudgy rather than cakey. They’ll taste rich and indulgent—not “healthy” at all. I even gave my husband a blind taste test, and he said they just tasted like “a really good brownie.”
For a festive touch, I like to top them with my easy Rich Chocolate Frosting and finish with holiday-themed sprinkles or mini rainbow chocolate chips. Enjoy!
