Salmon Bowls with Wild Rice and Arugula Salad

Ingredients:

1 Box Near East Long Grain & Wild Rice Mix
1 Lb Skinless Salmon, Cut into Fillets
1/4 Cup Teriyaki Marinade of Choice
Lemony Arugula Basil Salad Kit (Trader Joe's)
Instructions:
Cook the Wild Rice: Prepare the wild rice according to the package directions, using a rice cooker. For added flavor and nutrients, consider substituting the water with bone broth.
Prepare the Salmon: While the rice is cooking, use a kitchen brush to evenly coat all sides of the salmon fillets with the marinade. Air fry the salmon at 400°F for 12 minutes.
Mix the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, toss the salad kit with a few cracks of fresh black pepper for added flavor.
Assemble the Bowl: Fill half of each serving bowl with wild rice, place the salmon on top, and add the salad to the other half of the bowl.
