Ingredients

1 cup warm water
2 tbsp honey
1 (0.25 oz) package of active dry yeast
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking poder
1 large egg
1/4 cup salted butter
3 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
Finely chopped cilantro
Instructions
Stir together the warm water and honey in a bowl. Add the yeast to the top of the water and give it a stir, then let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes until the surface is foamy and yeast is active.
Add the flour, yogurt, salt, baking powder, and egg. Mix the dough until combined (will be slightly sticky).
Cover the bowl and allow dough to rise for 2-3 hours. It should double in size.
While waiting for the dough to rise, heat the butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Once the dough has finished rising, lightly flour a flat work surface. Divide the dough into 6-8 equal pieces, and roll out with a rolling pin to ~1/4 inch thickness.
Heat a cast-iron skillet or non-stick pan over medium heat. Spray with non-stick spray, and add a piece of the dough. Cook for ~1 minute until dough begins to bubble, then flip and cook on the other side for another minute.
Repeat for all slices of your dough. Once the bread has finished cooking, brush on the garlic butter and top with the fresh cut cilantro and sea salt. Enjoy!
