High Protein Caramel Apple Dip

This has been my go-to snack or after dinner sweet treat lately—it tastes like a dessert but is packed with protein and fiber!


Ingredients

  • 150g Oikos Caramel Greek Yogurt

    • (Note: Found at Target and most grocery stores. If unavailable, substitute with a low-sugar vanilla Greek yogurt)

  • 1 Tbsp Sugar-Free Butterscotch Jello Mix

  • 1 Granny Smith Apple, rinsed and sliced

  • 1/2 Graham Cracker, crushed


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl (or directly in the yogurt container), mix the sugar-free pudding powder into the Greek yogurt. Stir well until the mixture thickens and the pudding mix is fully incorporated.

  2. Crush the 1/2 graham cracker and sprinkle it on top. This is optional, but adds a fun crunchy texture.

  3. Serve with the sliced Granny Smith apple for dipping.
