Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought or homemade flatbread (I used Trader Joe’s premade flatbread)

  • 1 container garlic hummus

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced

  • 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and sliced

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • Store-bought or homemade tzatziki (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and place the flatbread on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

  2. Evenly spread a generous layer of garlic hummus over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.

  3. Layer the spinach across the hummus. Evenly distribute the sliced red onion, black olives, and artichoke hearts on top. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over everything.

  4. Place the flatbread in the oven and bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the toppings are slightly crisp.

  5. Remove from the oven, slice into wedges, and serve immediately. Optionally, drizzle with olive oil or a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor. Serve with tzatziki sauce for dipping.

This warm, savory flatbread is perfect as a main dish or a shareable appetizer. Enjoy!
